The Bochali viewpoint offers a beautiful view of the harbor, the city, and the Ionian Sea. It is a perfect place to relax and contemplate the landscape.
How to get there
It’s located on Bochali Hill, right next to Zakynthos town. It will only take you about 5 minutes by car from the city center.
There is no designated parking at the viewpoint. You will have to park on the side of the road or at the Venetian Castle (here).
Bohali viewpoint
In addition to the panoramic views of the harbor and the city, near the viewpoint you will find:
- Church of Zoodochos Pigi: A small church with traditional Greek architecture (here).
- Venetian Castle: Ruins of an ancient Venetian castle surrounded by pine trees (here).
In the surrounding area, you will also find some cafés/restaurants and some souvenir shops.
The views are very beautiful.
