The Silver Waterfall is a popular 200 m high waterfall located in the SaPa region. It is situated around 15 km from SaPa town and is in close proximity to the Love Waterfall.

The easiest way to reach it is by scooter. You can easily rent one in SaPa by asking at your accommodation provider (price ~120,000 VND). The entrance to the trail leading to the waterfall can be found here, and you can park your scooter anywhere nearby. The waterfall is already visible from the road.

If you want, you can take a walk up the trail, get closer to the waterfall, and capture some good photos. There is an entrance fee of 20,000 VND to access the trail, which leads to a bridge offering breathtaking views. Along the way, there are viewpoints where you will also have nice views. The hike will take a maximum of 10 minutes, and despite stepping up some stairs, the trail is relatively easy.

This waterfall tends to be busier compared to the Love Waterfall, as it is located next to the road and the hike is shorter. Keep in mind that this is a mountainous area, and fog is common almost every day, so you might be in the clouds and unable to see much. Remember that even if SaPa Town is under dense fog, it doesn't necessarily mean that the area around the waterfall is also foggy.
